Your Responsibility as a Sponsor

Forget Sponsor Going into the 'Witness Protection' Program Your Sponsor Probably Outsourced You

The 'trend' across MLMs and Biz Ops is for leaders to work their business with as little work as possible. I am sure you've come across videos from any given business opportunity where the theme is that your goal should be to travel the world and enjoy the luxury of your toes underneath the white sands of the world's beaches while sipping on some tropical refreshing drink , fingers fiddling with the pretty pink umbrella.

God help you if that is what your sponsor is preaching. Chances are you are going to sink faster than the Titanic.

Life And The Pursuit Of Cold Hard Cash

Seems like as soon as you're born you want something or other, for me as a child, I can remember pawning over the newest transformer toys.

When I would ask my parents for them what did they say? "Wait till your birthday" or "money doesn't grow on trees", so you think to yourself early on "I need money . . ."

But the problem is, you're a child and the means to earning cold hard cash doesn't come easy to an eight year old, so you ask "where does money come from, daddy?"

He tells you, when you grow up, you get a thing called a "job" and for every hour you work they give you some money. Simple enough, but how do you get the money now to get that transformer toys you so desperately need?

How To Break Through The Invisible Wall In Your Business

One ugly cold and rainy day, I woke up, looked out the window, and just wanted to roll over in bed and go back to sleep.

On the business front, I've had the same type of days and maybe you have too.

Nothing is going right, I'm getting rejected, and I'm paying for the abuse. It got so hard sometimes that I wanted to just give up, run and hide, and just forget about it all.

I want to share something with you that helps me get through even the roughest of weather.

An Inside Look at Easy Video Suite

Video marketing had to evolve. It was inevitable.
It was becoming much too complicated. And if it isn't too complicated for some people, it's still definitely too time consuming.
You had to worry about the following:

  • Redoing videos over and over again to make sure you got everything right in one take or face the daunting task of loading your raw video into Camtasia or another editor to make everything perfect.
  • Making sure your videos were optimized for the web (So they looked good and didn't take too long to start playing).
  • Having a different mobile version of your videos to show users of iPhone, iPad, Android and other mobile devices (More and more people are doing most of the web viewing from their smart phones and other mobile devices).
  • Basically using "duct-tape" to try and put all the pieces together with Camtasia, Screenflow, Jing, Handbrake while continually looking for the "perfect" solution to make it all easier or less time consuming.
  • Uploading large files to your own server, Youtube, Amazon S3 or other video hosting service.
  • Getting the proper code in place to display your videos with the hope that mobile devices would be able to see the mobile version of your video.
  •
Well, someone has finally done something about it.

The Key is 52 To MLM or BIZ OP Success

The meaning of “the key is 52″ for MLM Success…

The erroneous assumption when one comes a cross a professional MLMer (Network Marketer) whether he is in TalkFusion, ACN or any other network marketing company is that the ‘gurus’ personally sponsored thousands of people into their downline.  Nothing could be further from the truth.
I have personally befriended a half a dozen gurus or more in various Network Marketing companies and not one of them had sponsored more than 100, in fact, most sponsored less than 60!  Yes, it was a shock to me too!  I had also thought these #1 income earners in MLMs sponsored more than a thousand.  The actual average was about 57.  And these ‘gurus’, who we now know to have only personally sponsored around 57, are the top income earners in their opportunity.
Wow, isn’t that a huge relief?  It was for me.  You, me, and all our new recruits need to have an absolute number to work toward.  We need to know an absolute number that we can set and commit to when sponsoring or what happens is we tend to give up, quit, and move on.
